Quick Post

This is the latest blog post, ever! MagPies had a crazy week. I think we cooked for over 600 people this week plus a couple of cakes. Not bad for a little business. So, now that I have woken up from Saturday nights event and had coffee I am ready to cook again!

Here's a condensed menu for delivery on Sunday 4pm. at the office. If you can't make the short pick-up time I am happy to do deliveries on Monday as well.

Savory
Chicken Puttanesca with Spinach pasta $5/serving or $25/pan
Chicken breast, olives, capers, garlic,red chillies, Italian tomatoes

Moo Shu Pork with curry pancakes $25/pan or $5/serving
Pork tenderloin, savoy cabbage, mushrooms, carrots, ginger, Marsala wine, green onions

Vegetarian
Red Bean and Lager Vegetarian Chili $5/serving or $25 for 9x12 pan
Cumin, onions, garlic, chili, green pepper, chili powder, cinnamon, fresh tomatoes, red kidney beans, carrots, zucchini, red pepper, lager, cilantro

Sweet
Honey Yogurt Mousse with Raspberry Coulis (this is an adaptation from Tartlette) $5
This is a take on our parfaits but much more creamy. Starthistle honey, organic Greek gelatin, yogurt, fresh cream, fresh raspberries

Strawberry Jam Cakes $5 for 2 cakes
Little cakes filled with homemade strawberry jam

Apple Brown Betty $4
Natural sugar, lemon juice, bread crumbs, apples, cinnamon, mace
Baked Apples with Mexican Chocolate

Black Forest Cookies 6 cookies $5
Cherries, chocolate, eggs, natural sugar
