Moving Week!

This week we are continuing to move our offices. You think I would be an experienced mover being a military wife, but moving a warehouse and an office seems like a daunting task. Still we are working extra hours to get it all done by the 20th. When we are moved I hope to have a good working space to expand our blog and work on my new business plan.
MagPies also had a nice article in the Daily Republic on Monday. The article highlighted how we have managed to keep our overhead low. I am working on adding a section on the blog with all our press.

Savory Pies
Bean Moussaka $5/piece
The filling includes zucchini, mushroom, tomatoes, and beans. The crusty topping includes Greek yogurt, Parmesan, sweet paprika and fresh whole wheat breadcrumbs.
Greek Pie - $5/piece
eggplant layered with spinach, feta cheese and brown rice in a flaky crust.
Red Grape and Cheese Tartlets - $5/tart
A pairing of the natural combination of fruit and cheese
Baked Sweet Ravioli - $5 for 4 ravioli
Either Nutella or Fruit Filled sweet ravioli.
Apple, raisin and maple pies - $5
A great take on apple pie with sweetness coming from real maple syrup
Sweet and sour Soup
My version of this popular soup with prawns, kaffir lime leaves, mushrooms, thai fish sauce, lemongrass and chillies.
